The Eucharist is the SOURCE and SUMMIT of our faith. It’s not just a symbol but is actually Jesus in the flesh. Every time we go to receive communion or spend time in Eucharistic Adoration, we are consuming Him and find ourselves face to face with the One who nourishes us.

Wouldn’t it be silly if we were worshiping a piece of bread? You’re right, it would be. But good thing that’s not the truth and praise God for the ways He touches us here on earth in our every day lives.
